The grapes are handpicked and vinified using the Italian Charmat method, with temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel and secondary fermentation in sealed tanks for 30 days. The wine’s color is pale straw-yellow with greenish tinges. The nose has a delicate, fruity, characteristic, and the taste is well-orchestrated, palatable and pleasant. Prosecco is ideal as an aperitif, dessert or holiday toast, with a snack, or served with cold first courses including seafood and light pasta dishes.
