The Wells Fargo Building constructed by the Spinnaker Group and located in downtown Miami has become a LEED Gold certified building. The high rise Class A type of office building is the second in Miami to earn gold certification from US Green Building Council and also a second building project for Spinna ker Group.
The 47-storeyed tower having Class A office space of around 753,200 square was designed by Nichols Brosch Wurst Wolf & Associates and constructed by Suffolk Construction. Spinnaker Group provided the needed green design, LEED consulting services and commissioning services for the completion of the project.
